Who and Where am I
Who and where am I
I’m a foreign man
In a strange land
These are the words of my darling man
So far away
From the conversations made today
Tongue tied and alone
No-where feels like home
Friends often say
To join them for a drink someday
But you will turn them away
For nearly half the year
Your burdens weigh heavy and sore
A desert before you cries
For a blessing from the skies
Life breathes again
And thoughts come flooding back
The fire in life has begun
From the burning belly of the sun
